Metropolitan Fashion Week with Blue Nile & Cameron Levin

This past weekend, I had the privilege of handing out a few awards for Metropolitan Fashion Week here in Seattle.
When asked to present, the one and only thing that came to mind was…What am I going to wear!!!?
It would have been really easy for me to pop into Nordstrom and pick out any ole gown and jewelry, but this was a fashion event, so I wanted to do something different.
I called up one of Seattle’s BEST local designers, Cameron Levin, and asked if she would so kindly whip up a fun maxi skirt for me. Being as kind and talented as she is, the skirt of my dreams was put together in a matter of days!
If you aren’t familiar with Cameron’s work, click here, to check out her latest collection! She’s amaze!
I paired the skirt with an embellished belt and lace bustier, both of which I already owned, but an outfit without jewelry is like a cupcake without frosting…what’s the point, so I tapped into my secret resources yet again.
The world’s greatest fashion publicist, Jessica Piha, and her company Blue Nile came to the rescue without hesitation! They so kindly let me borrow some amazing black and gold drop earrings and a basket weave bracelet. The touches of gold were the perfect compliment to my kelly green look!
Blue Nile has the perfect jewelry when looking for that “red carpet” look. In fact, they’ve dressed quite a few celebs this past award season!
Be sure to check out some similar earrings, bangles and the other amazing gems that Blue Nile has for your next special occasion!
Thank you Cameron, Jessica, and Blue Nile for helping me look fab for a night out on the town!
