I would consider “hosting parties” a hobby of mine. Honestly, I will find any excuse to decorate my house and gather our friends for food & cocktails, whether it’s two people or ten!
Having hosted a time or two, I’ve learned a few tricks of the trade. For example, your menu should consist of dishes that both require baking and that DON’T require baking. An added bonus is any item that can be prepped in advance! I learned the hard way that filling your menu with multiple items that need to bake in the oven right before serving is a recipe for disaster (no pun intended).
I’ve also “hired” a new sous chef and her name is The Pampered Chef! If you haven’t heard of them and you enjoy cooking, boy, you’re in for a real treat…and I’m not talking about baked goods!

A few years ago I was given a Rachael Ray trash bowl – it has been a lifesaver in terms of clean up. So much time is saved by just collecting all the trash in the bowl.

We loved fresh ginger and garlic in a lot of our meals, so I would say our garlic presser we could not live without! Of course, all the tools we need to prepare a meal too!
Could not live without my garlic press and my mix and chop. The mix and chop is great to use for not only ground beef but I also use to make guacamole and homemade spaghetti sauce with fresh tomatoes from my garden! Adore!
I don’t own 1 single Pampered Chef item but both of my brothers have many and they brag all the time how nice they are. One brother loves the pizza cutter.

I love pampered chef! My one item I couldnt live without is my pizza stone! I would buy one again in a heart beat. You can get homemade dough from whole foods and it’s a great thing to do with that special someone…or kids!

The kitchen tool that I just can’t live without with be my Pampered Chef white mixing bowls and colander set with lids…it all came together and is the best thing ever. I honestly don’t think I go a meal without using one or two pieces from this AWESOME set. I am a huge Pampered Chef fan myself and love to host a party for my friends!

In all seriousness, I love to entertain and usually that involves some delicious bottles of wine. We all know we can’t get to the wine without the bottle opener!

The kitchen tool I cannot live without is my hand mixer – I love to bake cupcakes, cookies, cakes, everything! But it also comes in handy for my favorite whipped mashed potatoes and mashed veggie mix.

I could not live without my Pampered Chef wood spoons. I love them and use them everytime I cook. I think they’re easier to clean than plastic cooking utensils. They don’t scratch up my pots and pans. They’re awesome!

The one kitchen tool I couldn’t live without is something I don’t even remember the name of, but my mother-in-law got it from Pampered Chef and gave it to me for Christmas a few years ago. It’s a mallet-type tool with blades for chopping ground meat and has so many other uses I’ve found. I love it!!

The kitchen item I cannot live without is my chopper. I absolutely hate chopping onions, i’m so short (5 feet tall!) so I’m closer to the onions and I turn into a waterfall every time! So I love my chopper, I just cut my onions into quarters and throw em in there and chop chop chop! They come out in perfect sizes, can be either diced, sliced or very finely diced!! Perfect!! Oh and yes, I use onions in just about everything

Honest answer? Plastic bowl. Boring, I know, but a plastic bowl and a fork will go a long way! Pancake batter, cake batter, whip up an omelette, cut flour into shortening for a pie crust, marinate steak for shish-kabob, marinate fish for ceviche, hold popcorn for movie night–really, a good bowl and some ingredients will go far. Beyond that, the blender, Cuisinart, pizza stone, and Calphalon skillet get a lot of use.

Definitely my blender. I use it daily to start my day off right by making a smoothie loaded with healthy ingredients. I also use it alot to make soups. I actually do not own one item from pampered chef but I hear fantastic things about this product line.
I love Pampered Chef products, they make life in the kitchen so much easier. I have a few favourites, but i’d have to say my favourite is the “Chopper”…… no more running mascara when i’m chopping onions!!!! That is always a good thing, gotta have my swager when i’m in the kitchen!
My pampered chef rectangle stone is my one kitchen tool I can’t live without! I’m sure you can look at it and be able to tell~nice and seasoned!

I LOVE my bamboo wooden spoons. I bought them from Pampered Chef as a senior in college and I still have them 7 years later – they are perfect for my pots and pans (they don’t scratch them), they never stain and they have never broken.
The one kitchen tool I could not live without is my caddy that holds all of my awesome tools. I truly love having them in one place to quickly grab as needed.

Love the post~there is nothing like having friends over and entertaining. The Pampered Chef products are great. The one thing(well actually 2 things) I can’t live without are good cooking pans and pots! A great knife and cutting board are essential for preparing too!

My Kitchen Aid mixer! I also love Pampered Chef’s brownie spatula. Does the trick for anything you are cutting and serving small bites for. Don’t know what I would do without one now.

My favorite "tool" is the stoneware products. My personal favorite, the large rectangular. I can bake so much on it! It's uber-versitile….anything from sweeties (cookies are my fav) to bread products (dinner rolls, bisquits, etc). Additionally, until I purchased the pizza stoneware, I cooked homemade pizza's on this too!
If anyone doesn't have a stoneware, they don't know what they are missing!

Decisions descions! I absolutely would not survive without my KitchenAid Mixer cause I use it for everything from processing my fruits for jelly and tomatoes for sauce and soups in the summer and fall to making all the other yummy treats all year long! My absolute favorite cant cook without Pampered Chef item (and believe me it is a hard pick from all that I have) has to be my Measure All Cup. Nothing beats measuring peanutbutter better than this!!
Couldn’t live without my Staub La Cocotte or my Cuisinart food processor. It’s a toss up between those two things!
My most used pampered chef item(s)? My set of knives, they are great! My most used item over all is probably my kitchen aid, I love to bake! I would love to win…It’s been quite awhile since my last Pampered Chef party!

I love Pampered Chef rubber spatula’s. They are one piece so you wont have any crazy science experiment working in the middle of the ones that come apart. Bonus. . . They wont stain either!!!
I love my hand held lemon juicer – just squeeze a half lemon and all the juice comes out, without worrying about seeds. I use lemons in so many recipes!!!
I love to bake so my kitchenaid mixer is a must with the side scrapper attachment! Have a blessed day.

My ultimate kitchen tool I could not live without is my stainless steel kettle and my smoothie maker. I am an ultimate sucker for tea, any kind of tea possible, I have, so the kettle is perfect for that!

The two things I can’t live without in the kitchen aren’t really “tools” per se, but they’re a big part of the fun every time I cook. They are…my 2 dogs (a yorkie and chocolate lab)…they frequently clean up the mess I inevitably make every time I try a new recipe and my electric cork screw as I ADORE a glass of wine (or 3) while I cook and experiment! One thing I couldn’t live without is my mixer! I absolutely love Pampered Chef but unfortunately can’t afford it! Maybe when my kids are grown I will “pamper” myself!

It’s so hard to pick the one item hard to live without but I would have to say my manual food processor. It used to be the food chopper but when they came out last spring with the food processor, my chopper got a nice break!!

I love pampered chef, and there are several things I love, but my favorite is my pampered chef meat chopper and my bamboo spoons, the 2 I use the most.
Bamboo spoons…from Pampered Chef! Love them.
I use my Pampered Chef scissors all the time….from cutting herbs to all kinds of meats….bought one for my son and his wife….every kitchen can use one!!!
My favorite utensil is my spatulas! I use them for everything from browning meat, making soups, ice cream, cakes, desserts etc. its a wonderful multi-use tool!

Hi Molly, love the site and fun contest! The one item I love the most is one of P.C. cheapest items. It’s the Hold and Slice!!! I have had it for about 15 yrs now and use it mainly for cutting the fat off my meat before I cook. I hate touching the raw meat and this works perfect. If you haven’t tried it for that, try it out:)

Well, one tool I wouldn’t go without is my four-sided gate/slicer/shredder… I use it everyday! It comes in handy for various uses, whether it’s slicing potatoes for au gratin or shredding cheese for my various recipes
pampered chef is amazing! A few years I ago I had a huge party and earned $650 worth of products. Since then I have been addicted! One of many favorites is the pineapple slicer and their knifes!!
